She loves him

Last night was a long one. Baby was up from. 1-2:30. 3:30 then 6. Ugh. Not enough time for sleep in between any of those spells. I found myself thinking, he needs to go home. And he does but not necessarily to benefit my sleep but so that he can bond with his family and be with his brothers. He has changed so much in 2 weeks. He's gone from 2 oz to 4 oz with his bottle. No wonder those cheeks are getting so round. I looked at him in the bassinet to day and he stretches out to fill a huge area. I try to think back to when the hatched kids were babies. I wonder if I felt like turning them over to someone else during the night feedings. Prob so. No word on when he'll go home it's a little like holding our breath to wait and see. Madeline wants to stay home from school in case he has to go home soon. She loves him so much. Me, too.
