Wednesday

I forget what its like to have Madeline in play practice. I hardly ever see her. The week is flying by. A is so comfortable with herself. It is really beginning to hit me what an amazing child she is. Her "mommy" has loved her so much. Darn crummy choices and now I can't imagine how lonely A's mommy must be.
Todd and A are now singing the "I say potato, you say potato" song as we have lunch together. They are quite the comedy singing duo. She sits down with the book I read to her at bedtime the night before and recalls the main story line as she tells it to all of use while we are eating breakfast. I quickly discover she's not much of an eater, but does like goldfish crackers, who doesn't? At dinner she joins in peeling carrots with Camille & lucas. She loves to be outside. Thanks Tracey for the scooter and Tonia for the bike. Ask and ye shall receive.
I have a small meltdown after getting her settled into bed. My heart is just breaking for her mommy. I mean this kid is so much better behaved than mine. She is reminding mine to walk beside me. She is patient, tender, and so very funny. I'm just so sick about her missing her mommy so much and can't imagine how lonely her mommy is.
